- Indications: liver, spleen, bone marrow, acute rejection in renal transplant, GI bleed study, Gastric emptying
- Focal liver defects: hepatoma, Hepatic hemangioma, hepatic adenoma
- FNH: depending on the amount of Kupffer cells, can either be hot, cold, or isoactive with surrounding parenchyma
