Ultrasound
- RAR: divide peak systolic flow in RA by aorta, >3.5 is abnormal
- Velocity > 200 cm/sec correlate with RAS>60%(normal velocity <150)
- Parvus tardus wave (RI<0.5)
- Doubling of velocity proximal and distal to stenosis
