Thin walled cystic structures often a sequala of pneumoia, classically Staphylococcus aureus (others include Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Escherichia coli, group A streptococci, Serratia marcescens, Klebsiella pneumoniae, adenovirus, and tuberculosis).
Should slowly resolve without complications.
