  • Cystic cerebellar mass with enhancing mural nodule, but can occur supratentorial
  • Typically 5-15 years old
  • Most common primary brain tumor in children
  • Can cause obstructive hydrocephalus (compresses 4th ventricle verus Medulloblastoma which arises from 4th ventricle)
  • Should also consider Hemangioblastoma in young adults, PXA, ganglioglioma
