Benign renal neoplasm arising from metanephric blastema. Multilocular cystic structure with thin septations. 90% in young boys, less in young girls and older women (now thought to be Mixed epithelial and stromal tumors (MEST)). Bosniak III, should be excised due to difficulty distinguishing from RCC.
