- Can be painful

- Thyroid Acropachy - history of thyroid ablation, painless
- Venous stasis
- Paget disease
- Caffey disease - < 6 months old
- Hypervitaminosis A
- Osseous metastasis
- Long term prostogladin use (for PDA in kids)
