- Air trapping (mosaic perfusion)
- Chronic head cheese appearance on expiratory imaging due to three different attenuation, low (air-trapping), normal lung and denser
- Upper lobe
- Bird fancier's lung, farmer's lung
- Exposure to organic dust
- Fever, chills, cough, dyspnea
