• Tc99m labeled RBCs or Tc99m sulfer colloid
• With positive scans activity should
  • Come out of nowhere
  • Get hotter and vary in intensity
  • move through bowel
• If see gastric activity, check thyroid/salivary glans to differentiate free tech from gastric bleed
