  • Second most common liver tumor (1st is Hemangioma)
  • Localized hyperplastic response to congenital AVM
  • F>M
  • No clinical significance, LFTs normal. No biopsy, surgery or follow-up
  • Central scar is T2 hyperintense, don't confuse this entity with fibrolamellar HCC
  • 2/3 take up Tc99m sulfer colloid because contain Kupffer cells
