Focal nodular hyperplasia

- Second most common liver tumor (1st is Hemangioma)
- Localized hyperplastic response to congenital AVM
- F>M
- No clinical significance, LFTs normal. No biopsy, surgery or follow-up
- Central scar is T2 hyperintense, don't confuse this entity with fibrolamellar HCC
- 2/3 take up Tc99m sulfer colloid because contain Kupffer cells
