Ectopic pregnancy

- 95% of all ectopics are tubal
- 5% are cervical, interstitial (cornual), ovarian, abdominal
- Ring of fire
- Complex free fluid suggests rupture
Treat with Methotrexate if:
- Patient stable
- BHCG < 15,000
- Ectopic < 4.5 cm
- No heart beat
- Otherwise surgical excision
- Dose is 50mg/m2
