- Type I: Solitary fusiform, most extrahepatic (90%)
- Type II: Extrahepatic supraduodenal diverticulum
- Type III: Intraduodenal diverticulum, choledochocele
- Type IV: Fusiform & intrahepatic cysts
- Type V: Multiple intrahepatic cysts, Caroli disease
- F:M 4:1
- Present with abdominal pain, RUQ mass and jaundice
- 80% of patients with Caroli disease have Medullary sponge kidney
