Bankart fracture
From Radipedia
Impaction of the anterior (anterior dislocation) or posterior (posterior dislocation) glenoid labrum by the displaced humeral head. Visualize an osteochondral fragment. Although the Bankhart fracture occurs more commonly (by MRI and arthroscopy) than the Hill-Sacks, the Bankhart fragment is less visible radiographically because the fragment is primarily cartilaginous.
