Steinberg Classification for Hips
- Stage 0 - Normal radiograph, normal bone scan and MRI
- Stage 1 - Normal radiograph, abnormal bone scan and/or MRI
- Stage 2 - Abnormal radiograph, cystic and sclerotic changes
- Stage 3 - Subchondral collapse, crecent sign
- Stage 4 - Flattening of the femoral head
- Stage 5 - Joint narrowing w/ or w/out acetabular involvement
- Stage 6 - Advanced degenerative change
Kienbock's disease
- AVN of lunate
- Result of repetitive trauma and negative ulnar varience
