Asbestosis

Fibrosis secondary to asbestos exposure. Usually occurs 20-30 years after exposure.

Not just pleural plaques which clasically occur on the diaphragm and anterior pleura between 3rd and 6th ribs.

Can result in shaggy heart appearance from fibrosis.
