Angiomyolipoma

- Benign mesenchymal tumor composed of fat, smooth muscle, and abnormal blood vessels
- 20% have Tuberous sclerosis
- Large lesions often removed secondary to risk of bleeding
- Even small amount of macroscopic fat on CT is diagnostic
