  • Hypersensitivity reaction to aspergillus
  • Elevated IgE and eosinophils
  • Often have history of refractory asthma
  • tubular

CT findings

  • Muciod imapction in a tublar "finger-in-glove" distribution
  • Central bronchiectasis (most common casue of central bronchiectasis)
  • Fleeting consolidation
